Fleurieu Milk Company deliver farm fresh products with that old fashioned taste direct from the cow to you. Pasteurised on farm to retain its superior quality and flavour. All Fleurieu Milk Company products are produced, processed and packaged on our farm at Myponga on the picturesque Fleurieu Peninsula in South Australia.
We believe we produce the best milk from the best dairy area in the country. Our Jersey and Holstein Friesian stock produce real, unadulterated milk products containing no permeates.

PERMEATE FREE - Our milk does not contain permeate!
Unlike many other milk companies we do not dilute our milk with PERMEATE which is a by product of cheese production. PERMEATE is usually added to milk to establish consistency in mass produced milk.

JERSEY PREMIUM - The Smart Choice!
Our Jersey Premium range of milk is believed to be more suitable for people who have a tendency to be lactose intolerant and linked in studies to lower rates of coronary disease and childhood diabetes.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN HOMOGENISED & UN-HOMOGENISED MILK?
The answer is simple but the taste is something else!
Homogenised means the cream is mixed into the milk while un-homogenised means the cream is not mixed in giving you that old fashioned taste with the cream on top.
